My approach prioritizes meeting you where you are at, physically, emotionally, and energetically while facilitating a space where you’re able to tap into your own inner knowing and form a deeper embodied connection with yourself.
Rooted in the principles of Social Work, my practice weaves together trauma-informed care, somatic yoga, and Massage Therapy to support regulation, resilience, and reconnection with the body.
