A gentle beginning — guided by the heart.
If you are new to Wild Heart Somatics, please begin by booking the Initial Intake and with Intro Session.
The first session is a chance to slow down and get to know you — your story, what you’re hoping to shift or nurture, and what kind of support feels right for you.
The rest of the session is an opportunity to explore somatic yoga, massage therapy, and nervous system regulation tools.
The intention of this first session is to create comfort, clarity, and connection — helping you feel grounded in your body and supported in the process ahead. Together we can create an experience that is not only effective, but also enjoyable, empowering and deeply meaningful.
Next steps — deepening your roots.
After your Intro Session, you’re welcome to continue with follow-up sessions — available in 90 or 120 minutes.
Each session is guided by where you are that day and what feels most supportive for your body and nervous system.
I blend my backgrounds in Social Work, Somatic Yoga, and Massage Therapy, offering a trauma-informed and collaborative space to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, build nervous system resilience, and explore what’s unfolding with curiosity, care and intention.
Massage Therapy
For Somatic Healing
If yoga isn’t your thing, or you would like to experience somatic body work a different way, I offer traditional Massage Therapy as well. This experience is still collaborative, and will always focus on your wellness goals.
I use a mix of relaxation massage, deep tissue, myo-fascial release, and trigger-point therapy, along with nervous system regulation tools. Whether seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or if you simply want a moment of calm, I am committed to supporting you on your unique wellness journey.
